We had a potential client contact us about cleaning their commercial property. They said the property had not been professionally cleaned in over 10 years and had a lot of grease staining and build up from their type of business. The property was located next to the ocean and water run off was a big concern of theirs from the cleaning process. During the site visit the best cleaning option was given where we would use our vacuum water recovery system and no chemicals to ensure the waterways were protected. Cleaned the concrete surfaces with high heat and the areas throughout the large property turned out great!
